Description :	Autel et retable du transept Sud, avec saint Nicolas et saint Jacques, statues, bois polychrome, sa toile la Messe de saint Grégoire, 17e siècle. L'autel tombeau, les deux gradins et le tabernacle servent de support au tableau central. De part et d'autre de ce tableau, une niche à coquille abrite les statues de saint Nicolas et saint Jacques. Deux colonnes corinthiennes ferment la composition latéralement. Un entablement galbé en plein cintre décoré de rinceaux, avec sa corniche à modillons et trois corbeilles de fruits vient couronner la composition. Le tableau représente la Messe de saint Grégoire, ou la célébration de l'eucharistie. Dans cette scène, apparaît sainte Noyale, céphalophore, assistant à la messe et dont l'iconographie peut être assimilée à celle de sainte Valérie de Limoges, représentée de cette façon assistant à la messe de saint Martial.
